QC/technical support:
An independent department is responsible for checking the safety and quality of all newly developed products as well as those that are mass-produced for buyers.

"Quality improving is endless" is our principle. We strictly carry out PDCA management mode and perform quality management throughout the whole factory, the whole process and all the staffs. Product quality and factory quality management system have been ceaselessly improving.

QC staff: 40 to 49

Procedures/testing details:
Quality control personnel who are all experts in their respective product assignments check the quality at every stage of production, from the incoming raw materials to the finished product.

We make specific feasible correcting and preventing methods for all the potential issues of every stage through PFEMA analyzing management in order to ensure product reliability. We perform 100% on site inspection to assure product quality.
